Shai Hulud guitarist and band leader Matt Fox summed up this show nicely. ‘This is a stage for 2015 hardcore bands with lots of breakdowns, and we’re a 2005 hardcore band with very few breakdowns.’ Shai Hulud then went on to play an incredibly solid 30 minute sprint of the best 2005 hardcore I’m familiar with.
